Currency accepted is Euro and can be paid through PayPal or bank transfer (EU banks).

Don't send me any payment until I requested you to send me the payment.

Price may increase due to complexity and the clarity of your reference and props/background detail.

Please do not change what has been approved after I move to the next step! I will charge 40€ extra for each of these. This may vary depending on what is being changed.

If you want it private, I will charge 100% extra the total price.

I may ask to discuss the commission purpose in further detail after receiving your request.

There is a rush fee if you want a deadline below 2 weeks, up to +100% total, but note that I may still reject the order if I feel that I cannot complete it in time!

Please provide as detailed description and references as possible. If you can draw the idea out, even stickmen figures, that would be great to visualize the idea!

I do prioritize deadlines, but I also work on a first come, first served basis and may also do several pieces at once. Please be patience as I will notify you when I start working on your piece.

Normally if there aren't any specific deadlines, I will work in around 2 weeks to 3 months since the payment is made depending on the type of commission and my irl situation (work, health issues, etc.). Do not rush me if you didn’t have any specific deadline unless it has been more than 3 months.

Different sizes/ resolutions can be requested. If the requested size is too small, I will work on a larger canvas with the same ratio, but if the requested size is too big, I will have to downsize it to work on so please do not request anything larger than 10000px. If you do not have any specific ratio requested, I will pick one that I feel suitable.

I will reject the order if I find something I cannot draw!

If you want access to the original PSD file, please let me know. Note that there would be additional fee for it.

I will notify when I am ready to start working on your commission as I may have multiple orders at once. Normally for new customers, I will take 25% of the base price for your request here as a non-refundable deposit.

Then I will sketch out roughly the ideas and other options if any. You can freely modify the sketch at this point. After picking your option, I will quote the final price including the base price and additional fees for details and complexity, and you will pay to reach at least 50% of this total price. You can also pay all the remaining in full at this point, depending on the plan you have discussed with me.

After that, I will sketch out the piece in more detail and during this stage, you can ask for free at most 4 major changes (may vary depending on the complexity, I will elaborate further when we discuss) If you have to make more than 4 major changes, I will charge additional fee.

I will then do some color sketches after that and again you can review and change the color to your liking. Once this is approved, you may not make any major changes like things related to the overall composition or character poses. You will pay the remaining 50% total price of your request as well as any revision or additional fee that came up, before I move onto the rendering phase.

I may also make other reviews during the rendering phase. You can still make MINOR changes to your piece such as small details or small changes, etc.

Once the piece is finished, you will pay the rest of the fees that came up during the rendering phase, if any. After that you will receive a folder including full-resolution files in PNG and JEPG, their smaller versions if necessary, a Glazed version if requested, and the original PSD file if paid. Note that there are only digital files available!

Normally I will not do any major changes after the sketching phase, especially regarding the composition. If absolutely necessary, additional prices will apply.

You can ask for minor changes after each revisions.

I retain all copyright over the commissioned artwork even when I cancel the order

I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online such as in social media, promote myself and in my portfolio. Posts on social media will mention the owner either directly or by name.

You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels (please credit me for any social media posts!).

You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.

You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP) if you own the contents in the piece.

Please state and be transparent your purpose in advance and prices may vary depending on this.
The commercial rights to the image may be purchased later on. Please discuss with me if you wish to do so.

You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for ANY NFT or Generative AI uses.

The buyer is not allowed a refund once I have started working on the rendering. If you request a refund after the sketch approval, I will keep 25% of the total commission price; if it is after the clean sketch or color sketch and before the rendering phase, I will keep 50% of the total commission price.

If for any reason I am unable to continue with your commission you will receive a full refund and the work in progress file to that point.
