Currency accepted is Euro and can be paid through PayPal or bank transfer (EU banks).

Don't send me any payment until I have done the sketch and requested you to send me the payment.

I take at least 50% of the total price after the sketching phase (see ToS for more detail)

Price may increase due to complexity and the clarity of your reference, bonus props/background detail, as all of the above are base prices

Extra character base price: +70% price of the base price on character illustrations.

Please do not change what has been approved after I move to the next step! I will charge 40€ extra for each of these.
This may vary depending on what is being changed.

If you want it private, I will charge 50% extra the total price

There is a rush fee if you want a deadline below 2 weeks, up to +100% total, but note that I may still reject the order if I feel that I cannot complete it in time!

Please provide as detailed description and references as possible. If you can draw the idea out, even stickmen figures, that would be great to visualize the idea! Please no AI pictures though.

I do prioritize deadlines, but I also work on a first come, first served basis and may do several pieces at once. Please be patience as I will notify you when I start working on your piece.

Normally if there aren't any specific deadlines, I will work in around 2 weeks to 2 months since the payment is made depending on the type of commission and my irl situation (work, health issues, etc.). Do not rush me if you didn’t have any specific deadline unless it has been more than 2 months.

Different sizes/ resolutions can be requested. If the requested size is too small, I will work on a larger canvas with the same ratio, but if the requested size is too big, I will have to downsize it to work on so please do not request anything larger than 10000px.
If you do not have any specific ratio requested, I will pick one that I feel suitable.

I will reject the order if I find something I cannot draw!

I will also notify when I am ready to start working on your commission as I may have multiple orders at once. When I am ready to start working on your commission, I will send my paypal/ bank account info and notify the price. You should pay at least 50% here.

I will sketch out the piece and during this stage, you can ask for free at most 4 major changes (may vary depending on the complexity, I will elaborate further when we discuss)

I will then do some color sketches after that and again you can review and change the color to your liking. Once this is approved, you will pay the remaining.

I may also make other reviews during the rendering phase. You can still make MINOR changes to your piece such as small details or small changes, etc.

Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image. Note that there are only digital files available!

Normally I will not do any major changes after the sketching phase, especially regarding the composition. If absolutely necessary, additional prices will apply.

You can ask for minor changes after each revisions.

I retain all copyright over the commissioned artwork even when I cancel the order

I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online such as in social media, promote myself and in my portfolio. Posts on social media will mention the owner either directly or by name.

You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels (please credit me for any social media posts!).

You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.).
You can print it for personal use though, such as decoration, or gifting.

You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.

You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP) if you own the contents in the piece.

Generally, you may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. Please state your purpose in advance and prices may vary depending on this.
In some cases, the commercial rights to the image may be purchased. Please discuss with me if you wish to do so.

You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for ANY NFT or Generative AI uses.

The buyer is not allowed a refund once I start working on the rendering phase. If you request a refund before the rendering phase, I will keep 25% of the total commission price

If you cancel your order before the sketch approval, you can get a full refund.

If for any reason I am unable to continue with your commission you will receive a full refund and the work in progress file to that point.

If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
